Southern Maryland newspapers writer Jeff Newman explores Melwood's role in helping people with disabilities enter, and stay, in the workforce.
In the article, he profiles Brett Davis and Sarah Cacciaglia, both of whom found their "perfect opportunity" with support from Melwood. Sarah stars in Melwood's new television ad saying, "I'm perfect for the job."
