Melwood has two Total Facility Management contract with large U.S. Government agencies.Melwood was selected in 1998 for the task of bringing the new George Washington Carver Center through the difficult transition from construction to occupation, and carried Total Facility Management from day one. A short time later Melwood took over the total management of a large secure facility in Washington, DC.We have also been selected by many of our customers as the "Vendor of Choice" for bundling, consolidation, and management of adjunct services to existing contracts.
