Our focus is on realistic, practical material that can be applied on the job encompassing experiential learning that results in high-involvement and high-energy training sessions. Our participants will have the opportunity to learn from each other in an interactive environment through:
Melwood’s Staff Training and Development (CTD) Program offers training to staff who work with persons with disabilities. Our program is designed to meet all Maryland State mandated training requirements set forth by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Participants are required to pass a written test in each course with a score of 80% or higher. |
