Community Support Services

Community Support Services (CSS) brings case management and direct support services into the homes of adults and children with developmental disabilities through its Family/Individual Support Services (F/ISS) and Community Supported Living Arrangements (CSLA) services. CSS services are individualized, providing the necessary supports to help each individual remain at home with their family or to succeed independently living in their own apartment or home. CSS promotes independence, community involvement, and empowered decision-making in every aspect of life.
