Crossroads

Crossroads is a goal-oriented day habilitation program that challenges individuals to pursue new ventures based upon their strengths, needs, preferences and desires. The program’s focus is on skills acquisition and personal development. The main components of Crossroads are life skills development, employee development, and horticulture therapy. Depending on personal preferences and weekly schedules individuals can engage in a variety of activities on a daily basis. The program strives to give each individual the needed support and opportunity for personal success.
